Featured Doula: Freda Hoyles
"I am single with six children (adult). For the past 20 years, I have worked as a medical assistant in the area of pediatrics. I am a woman that has the desire to see every woman have the birth experience she desires. This came about after I was so disappointed with my first birth experience. My first child was born via c-section, my second child was a V-BAC in the hospital and the remainder were home births. Anything in the area of birthing babies, breastfeeding, or mothering intrigues me. Other than that, I spend my free time cooking and attending functions at my church."
